Check in and checkout times:

Check in on the day of your arrival is from 3pm until 7pm
Check out on the day of your departure is by 10:30am

Lift: The lift can be accessed via the Ground, First & Second Floors, the Third Floor is accessed by stairs only.
 

Smoking: The entire hotel is non smoking

Children: We are sorry to say that we cannot accommodate children under 14 in the hotel. Please note we can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people per room.

Stag and Hen Parties:We do not take bookings from Stag or Hen Parties

Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel your reservation with us, we require a minimum of 48hrs.  Should your cancellation be within 48hrs of arrival, we will do our best to re-sell your room, however if we are unable to do so, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay (less any nights we manage to re-sell).  In the event of a guest’s non-arrival without the cancellation of their reservation, the full amount agreed for the reservation will be deducted from the card used to secure the booking. We recommend that guest take out adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations

Parking: Free private off street parking available to the rear of the hotel

Access: Please note our lift services Ground, 1st & second floors only. We have a few steps at the front door so unfortunately no disabled access is available.

Pets: We do not accept pets with the exception of guide dogs.
